Guest Screening: You authorize Acadiana Rentals LLC, to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Please refer to the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM, depending on the property. Please respect these times as back-to-back bookings require our cleaners to disinfect the property thoroughly

Occupancy: Adhering to maximum occupancy rules is mandatory. Violating these rules may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund. Parties require prior approval and may not be allowed at all properties. Any visitors must be included in the occupancy count unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.

Smoking and Pets: By booking, you and your guests agree not to smoke, vape, or use pipes inside the property or near open windows and doors. Pets are only allowed if it's a service animal, for properties that permit them. Violation of this policy can result in fines up to $100. Please note that only service animals are permitted in any of our homes.

Length of Stay: Stays can range from 2 days to 6 months. Rentals longer than 3 months may require a long-term rental agreement, background check, credit check, and an additional deposit.

Guests: As a guest of Acadiana Rentals LLC, you, your family, guests, and visitors must comply with all property rules and applicable state laws. Renters must be at least 18 years old with a verified account on booking channels. Anyone present in the home during your stay must be included in the guest count. If noise complaints result in police involvement, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

Damages: You agree that the property owner is not liable for any injuries or damages to you, your family, or guests during your stay. You are responsible for any lost items or damages caused by you or your party.

Hold Harmless: By staying at our property, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and Acadiana Rentals, LLC from any costs, claims, or damages that may arise during your stay. You also agree to follow all local laws. If any conditions of the rental are violated, your rental may be terminated without a refund.

Termination of Agreement: Acadiana Rentals, LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, and may ask you to vacate the property immediately for any violations of the house rules, damage to the property, or unresolved disputes.

Condition of the Property: You agree to keep the property in a clean, tidy condition and promptly report any damages or needed repairs. Furniture should not be rearranged, and locked areas must remain inaccessible. Management or an authorized employee may enter the property for necessary repairs or inspections.

Subletting: Subletting or assigning this rental agreement is not permitted.

"Before You Leave" Policy:
Turn off all lights, appliances, and electronics.
Remove any trash or food you brought.
Place dirty linens and towels on the bathroom and bedroom floors.
Leave the property clean, vacuuming up any messes or spills.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked. An inspection will be performed after your stay to assess the condition for the next guests.

Refunds: You agree not to request or sue for a refund if you check out early, do not check in, or complete your stay but complain afterward. If the property is not clean upon check-in, you must notify management immediately to address the issue.
